Because HTFDB is a kennel-free facility, only well-tempered dogs will be accepted. HTFDB reserves the right to reject any dog for any reason. HTFDB reserves the right to isolate your dog if he/she initiates aggressive behavior toward another dog.
HTFDB shall exercise reasonable care for all dog guests. Dog owner recognizes and accepts potential risks involved with dog care services. Dog owner indemnifies and holds HTFDB and personnel harmless for any injury resulting in dog boarding services.
It is expressly agreed by the dog owner and HTFDB that HTFDB’s liability shall in no event exceed the lesser of the current chattel value of a dog/Dog of the sum of $500 per dog admitted.
Dog owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of their dog while it is in the care of HTFDB, and assumes any expense liability for injury to any human, other animals, or damage to facilities.
Dog owner authorizes HTFDB personnel to take Dogs to emergency treatment at the nearest facility if Dog own cannot be contacted.
HTFDB accepts dogs over 20 pounds. We will make exceptions for sibling dogs that are less than 20 pounds.
We only accept dogs that have been spayed/neutered.
Proof of vaccination must be provided: Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, and Distemper.
HTFDB is not responsible for any wild animal bites that may occur.
Dog owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for all vet costs for the Dog during the period is in the care of HTFDB.
There may be short time frames when an HTFDB staff is not onsite during the day (not to exceed 2 hours).
Dog owner agrees to pay the rate for total boarding stay on the date the dog is checked in to HTFDB.
Dog owner agrees that the dog will not leave HTFDB until all charges are paid to HTFDB.
Dog owner consents to HTFDB to using Dog’s likeness and waives all claims of compensation for use of such likeness by HTFDB.
Dog owner represents that their dog has not been exposed to any contagious disease within a thirty-day period prior to check-in.
This contract contains the entire agreement between parties. All terms and conditions of this contract shall be binding on the heirs, administrators, personal representatives and assignees of the Dog Owner and HTFDB.
